Hard to believe (not really) folks didn't bother to clean up the dog poop on the carpet, but then in real estate it's always in the eyes of the beholder. In answer to your question, we have a two-part cleaning team for all of these houses. One crew spent a full day on repairs, followed by pest control and another day of clean up and paint touch up. The fine-touch cleaning team followed up with yet another full day of cleaning, and then a fifth day for final look through and our inspection. We turned it into a showable property in five days. We've turned others in two days; it really depends on what "adventures" we find. Good to hear from you, Doug.
